One of the things I've noticed is that some bloggers are now going to what are called "vlogging." Instead of writing, they are presenting their blog posts as video.

In my opinion, this might be good once in a while, but it's not the best thing to do on a regular basis for a few reasons:

1. Video is not well indexed by Google, where as text is.

2. Some people still prefer to read at their own speed rather than listen to video.

3. Some people will simply skip a video because watching it requires having the volume turned up and they are not in a situation where that is appropriate.

If you're going to vlog, perhaps think about also providing a written transcript of what is in the video.

My 2 cents :)
